Welcome to Rewild & Co. By browsing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1. General

This website is operated by Rewild & Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rewild & Co. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updates to our website.

 

2. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

All promotional codes and offers are subject to specific terms. By using a discount code, you agree to these parameters:

- This offer entitles new customers to 20% off their first order.

- To redeem, please apply the code at checkout.

- Product Restrictions: This discount applies strictly to our standard glass vessel candles. It does not apply to wax melts, reusable candles, or any accessories/gift cards.

- Limitations: The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, sales, or active promotions.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders where a code has been applied incorrectly or fraudulently.

 

3. Products & Small-Batch Nature

All our products are hand-poured in small batches in Derbyshire using 100% natural soy wax and pure essential oils. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, or surface appearance are completely normal and a natural characteristic of botanical soy wax. We make every effort to display our products and their packaging as accurately as possible on our website.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within three business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Rewild & Co. is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Because our candles are housed in glass, ceramic or porcelain, transit damage can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please take a photograph of the item and its packaging and contact us at rewildandcouk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund for any items proven to be damaged in transit. If your damaged candle is a limited edition porcelain or ceramic style, we will replace in a design most like the one you ordered. We cannot guarantee it will the same vessel on these occasions.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Rewild & Co. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of our products. All products should be burned safely, responsibly, and in accordance with the safety instructions provided on the packaging (including keeping wicks trimmed and never leaving a burning candle unattended).
