Most mainstream candles are made from paraffin wax, which is a by product of the petroleum industry. When burned, paraffin can release toxins like benzene (the same stuff found in car exhaust). We use 100% natural soy wax. It’s plant-based, renewable, and burns much cleaner. You’ll notice no black soot on your jars and a much slower, longer-lasting burn, meaning you get more "glow" for your money.

In short: no. Many brands use "Soy Blend" as a marketing trick. These candles are often mostly paraffin with just enough soy to put it on the label. Even a small amount of paraffin means you are still burning petroleum in your home. We promise zero paraffin, just pure, 100% soy wax, every time.

"Fragrance" or "Parfum" is often a cocktail of synthetic chemicals and phthalates (hormone disruptors). They are designed to be loud and artificial. We use only pure, botanical essential oils. They don't just smell better; they offer real aromatherapy benefits. Synthetic candles often use "boosters" to create an intense, sometimes headache-inducing scent. Because we use pure essential oils, our candles provide a natural, sophisticated aroma. It’s like a breath of fresh air - present and mood-boosting, but never overwhelming.

However, we realised that the word "Cheap" didn't do justice to the premium, hand-poured ingredients inside our jars, or the massive mission we’re on together. We found that for some, the name suggested lower quality, when in reality, we use the finest plant-based ingredients available. Rewild & Co better reflects who we are today: The same affordable luxury: You’ll still get the same fantastic, clean ingredients at the price point you love. The same mission: We are still 100% committed to rewilding the British countryside and creating community wild spaces. A name that grows with us: As we expand our rewilding efforts, we wanted a name that feels as natural and grounded as the landscapes we are fighting to protect. We’re the same team, with the same heart - just a new name that’s as wild as our ambitions.

We wrap our glass vessels and porcelain pieces securely, but transit can occasionally be rough. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please take a quick photo and email it to us at rewildandcouk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you straight away.
